Complaints

If however you have an issue or complaint with our performance which hasn’t been resolved to your satisfaction please contact our Complaints Officer on +613 7018 3270 or management@halidonhill.com.au.

We undertake to acknowledge your complaint within seven days and to provide you with a decision on your complaint within 30 days.

If you are not happy with our response you may make a complaint to our External Dispute Resolution Scheme, Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) which can be contacted on 1800 931 678 or the Privacy Commissioner which can be contacted on 1300 363 992.
